Professor Alcides

Alcides Ribeiro Filho, known as Professor Alcides, is a Brazilian politician, educator, and businessman currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Goiás. With a background in pedagogy, economics, and business administration, he previously served as a city councilor in Aparecida de Goiânia. Throughout his career, he has been affiliated with several political parties, including the PP, PL, and currently the PSDB. In late 2024, he became the subject of a criminal investigation regarding allegations of inappropriate conduct with a minor, which led to significant public controversy and his subsequent departure from the Liberal Party.
