Quản Minh Cường

Quản Minh Cường is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Quảng Ninh and the Head of the National Assembly Delegation for Quảng Ninh Province. A member of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, he has held various leadership roles, including Secretary of the Cao Bằng Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Đồng Nai Provincial Party Committee. With a background in law and police studies, he previously served in high-ranking positions within the Central Organizing Commission and the Ministry of Public Security.
