Rafał Adamczyk is a Polish politician, local government official, and civil servant serving as a member of the Silesian Regional Assembly and the board of the voivodeship. He previously served as a member of the Sejm of the IX term from 2019 to 2023, first deputy mayor of Będzin, and briefly as the first deputy voivode of Silesia in 2024. He is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology and has been active with the Democratic Left Alliance and the New Left party.
