Ram Murti Verma is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the 18th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh, representing the Tanda constituency. A member of the Samajwadi Party, he previously served as the Minister of Milk and Dairy Development in the Akhilesh Yadav ministry. Verma also represented the Akbarpur constituency in the 16th Legislative Assembly from 2012 to 2017. Beyond his legislative career, he has served three times as the district president of the Samajwadi Party and is an agriculturist by profession.
