Rasha Nasr is a German politician and a member of the Bundestag, representing the Dresden I constituency. Born in 1992 in Dresden to Syrian parents, she studied political science at the TU Dresden. Nasr was elected to the Bundestag in 2021, becoming the first Saxon member of parliament with an immigrant background. Within the SPD parliamentary group, she serves on the Committee on Labor and Social Affairs and acts as the group's rapporteur on refugees and migrants. She is also a member of the Parliamentary Left movement.
