MAHMUDOV Rashad Mammadgulu oglu

Rashad Mammadgulu oglu Mahmudov is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, representing the Astara Constituency No 79. He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party and holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Healthcare. In addition to his healthcare policy work, he serves on the Science and Education Committee and is active in numerous interparliamentary working groups, including leading the group for Azerbaijani-Cuban relations.
