Ratna Indah Kurniawati is an Indonesian health activist and leprosy treatment volunteer from East Java. Born on April 23, 1980, she became known for her dedicated work heading the Self-Care Group (Kelompok Perawatan Diri) at the Grati Community Health Center in Pasuruan starting in 2008, where she fought against social stigmas surrounding leprosy patients and helped rehabilitate and empower them. For her grassroots humanitarian efforts, she received the prestigious Satu Indonesia Award from PT Astra and Tempo in 2011.
