Rebeca Phillips is a Welsh politician serving as a Member of the Senedd for the Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd constituency since 2026. Before her election to the Senedd, she represented the Trebanos ward on the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council from 2012 to 2026. During her career, she has also worked for political figures including Jonathan Edwards and Adam Price, as well as for the organization Menter Iaith Castell-nedd Port Talbot. She is a member of the Plaid Cymru party.
