Rekha Sharma is a Nepalese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of Nepal, representing the Dang-2 constituency. A prominent figure in the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre), she has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Minister of Communication and Information Technology. Throughout her career, she has been a central committee member of her party and has previously served as the Chief Whip for the Maoist Centre in both the Constituent Assembly and the House of Representatives. She was first elected to the federal parliament in 2017 as a proportional representative and successfully secured her seat in the 2022 general election.
