René Osvaldo Alinco Bustos is a Chilean politician and trade union leader currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile. Born in 1958, he spent his early career working in metallurgy and construction, including time in Argentina, before becoming a prominent labor organizer in the Aysén Region. He served as a municipal councillor in Coyhaique from 1996 to 2005 and has been involved with several political parties throughout his career, including the Party for Democracy and the Progressive Party. He was elected to his current parliamentary seat in 2021 as an independent candidate, representing the 27th District for the 2022–2026 term.
