Richard Acheampong

Richard Acheampong is a Ghanaian politician and a member of the National Democratic Congress who has served as the Member of Parliament for the Bia East Constituency. Born on May 18, 1970, in Adabokrom, he previously worked as a banker and assistant manager at Nfana Rural Bank Sampa. He holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource from the University College of Management Studies and a law degree from Mountcrest University College. In 2017, he was involved in a controversy regarding the alleged misuse of diplomatic passports for visa purposes.
