Richard Riot Jaem

Richard Riot Jaem is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Serian since 1990. A prominent figure in the Sarawak United Peoples' Party (SUPP), he previously held federal cabinet positions, including Minister of Human Resources from 2013 to 2018 and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, he served as the Special Envoy of the Prime Minister to East Asia from 2020 to 2022. Throughout his long parliamentary career, he has been recognized for his consistent representation of the Serian constituency.
