Robert Arnold Wagner is an American politician currently serving as the President of the Oregon State Senate. Representing the 19th district, he has been a member of the Oregon Senate since 2018. Before his legislative career, Wagner worked as a director of political and legislative affairs for the American Federation of Teachers and held an administrative role at Portland Community College. He also served on the Lake Oswego School Board, including a term as its chair. Wagner holds a degree in political science from Portland State University and a master's degree in public policy from George Washington University.
