Robert Behning

Robert Behning is an American politician serving as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 91, which encompasses portions of Marion and Hendricks counties. A graduate of Indiana University, he has been a prominent figure in state education policy, most notably authoring the 2011 legislation that established the School Choice Scholarship program. In addition to his legislative duties, he serves as the Director of External Affairs for the Educators College at Marian University.
