Robert Hannah

Robert Hannah is a Swedish politician who served as a member of the Riksdag for Gothenburg Municipality from 2014 to 2025. Originally representing the Liberal Party, he was elected through personal votes in 2014 and later served as vice-chairman of the parliamentary committee on culture. Of Assyrian descent, Hannah is openly gay and has focused his political career on issues such as integration, honor culture, and the rights of LGBT individuals. In February 2025, he resigned from his parliamentary seat and the Liberal Party, subsequently joining the Moderate Party in Nacka.
