Rolando Ledesma Macasaet is a Filipino government official and politician currently serving as a Member of the House of Representatives. Before entering elective politics, he held prominent roles in the Philippine government, including serving as the president and chief executive officer of the Social Security System (SSS) from 2023 to 2024 and as the head of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) during the Duterte administration.
