Rositsa Karamfilova-Blagova is a Bulgarian politician, engineer, and environmental expert serving as the Minister of Environment and Water. With over twenty years of experience in environmental management, she previously held the same ministerial post in two consecutive caretaker governments between 2022 and 2023, and later served as an ecological advisor to the President of Bulgaria from 2023 to 2025. She holds a doctoral degree in ecology and environmental protection from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia.
