Åsa Westlund

Åsa Westlund is a Swedish politician who has served as a Member of the Riksdag since 2014, representing Stockholm County. Within the Riksdag, she has held the position of chairman of the Committee on Finance since 2020. Prior to her national parliamentary career, she served as a Member of the European Parliament for the Swedish Social Democratic Party from 2004 to 2014. She is a member of the Party of European Socialists and remains an active figure in Swedish social democratic politics.
