Sajid Mir

Sajid Mir is a Pakistani national and a prominent figure associated with the militant organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba, serving as a chief planner of the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Indicted in the United States and designated as a global terrorist by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, he has been the subject of international arrest warrants and a multimillion-dollar bounty under the Rewards for Justice Program. After years of denial regarding his presence or status by Pakistani authorities, he was arrested in Pakistan in 2022 and convicted by an anti-terrorism court in a terror financing case.
