Salman Bhojani

Salman Bhojani is an American politician and corporate lawyer currently serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives. Born in Pakistan and raised in Canada before moving to Texas, he previously served on the Euless City Council, where he became the first Muslim American and the first non-white minority elected to office in the city's history. A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law, Bhojani practiced corporate law and founded his own firm before his election to the state legislature in 2022. He is recognized as one of the first Muslim and Pakistani individuals to serve in the Texas Legislature.
