Sanjay Pandurang Shirsat is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly representing the Aurangabad West constituency. A long-standing member of the Shiv Sena party, he has been elected to the Vidhan Sabha for four consecutive terms, starting in 2009 and continuing through his re-election in 2014, 2019, and 2024. In December 2024, he was appointed as the Minister for Social Justice in the Maharashtra state government, further solidifying his role in regional administration.
