Sean Duffy is an American politician, attorney, and former television personality serving as the 20th United States Secretary of Transportation since January 2025. Previously, he served as a U.S. Representative for Wisconsin's 7th congressional district from 2011 to 2019 and as the district attorney of Ashland County, Wisconsin. Before entering politics, Duffy was a professional lumberjack and a cast member on MTV's The Real World: Boston. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent conservative voice, later working as a political commentator and lobbyist before his appointment to the Trump cabinet.
