Sebastián Keitel Bianchi is a Chilean politician and former Olympic sprinter who serves as a Senator representing the Biobío Region. Born in Santiago in 1973 into a prominent athletic family, he excelled internationally in the 100 and 200-metre sprints during the 1990s, holding national records and earning medals at the World Indoor Championships and Pan American Games. After retiring from sports and working in media and business, he transitioned to politics, serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 2018 to 2022 before being elected to the Senate.
