Seian Goto is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Aomori Prefectural Assembly, representing the Aomori City constituency. He is affiliated with the Sanseito party and is currently serving his first term in office. Within the assembly, he is an active participant in the Construction and Crisis Management Committee, as well as several special committees focused on nuclear energy policy and parliamentary reform.
