世古万美子

Mamiko Seko is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives. Born in Tsu, Mie Prefecture, she graduated from Nagoya College of Music. Before entering national politics, she worked for the Mie Prefectural Government and later served as a staff member for the Liberal Democratic Party's Mie Prefectural Federation. In the 2026 general election, she was elected to the House of Representatives through the Tokai proportional representation block. Her election drew significant media attention as she secured her seat without conducting traditional campaign activities, such as public speaking or street campaigning.
