Seo Young-hak is a South Korean politician currently serving as the 9th Mayor of Yeosu, representing the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City. A member of the Democratic Party of Korea, he previously held various administrative roles, including serving as an official in the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and as an administrator in the Office of the President during the Moon Jae-in administration. He was elected as mayor in the 9th nationwide local elections held in 2026.
