Sergiu Litvinenco is a Moldovan politician and jurist who served as the Minister of Justice from August 2021 to February 2023 under Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița. A graduate of Moldova State University's Faculty of Law, he worked as a legal consultant on externally funded projects for organizations such as the World Bank, UNICEF, and USAID. He later entered politics as a member of the Party of Action and Solidarity and was elected as a member of the Parliament of Moldova in the 2019 parliamentary elections, where he chaired the legal committee.
