Нагорняк, Сергей Владимирович

Serhii Nahorniak is a Ukrainian politician and entrepreneur serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for the 9th convocation. Elected in 2019 representing the Servant of the People party, he is a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy and Housing and Utilities Services, where he chairs the subcommittee on energy conservation and efficiency. Prior to his parliamentary career, he worked in the construction materials industry and served as a local deputy in the Vyshneve City Council. He is also known for his diplomatic efforts as head of the Ukraine-Kazakhstan friendship group and for initiating the 'Yurt of Invincibility' project to provide heating points during energy blackouts.
