Seung-ah Baek is a South Korean politician and former educator currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly. Before entering politics, she had a long career as an elementary school teacher and served as the chairperson of the Gangwon Teachers' Union. She was recruited by the Democratic Party of Korea and elected as a proportional representative in 2024. During her parliamentary tenure, she has served as a floor spokesperson and chair of the party's Education Special Committee, focusing her legislative work on education policy and family affairs.
