Slobodan Cvejić

Slobodan Cvejić is a Serbian sociologist, university professor, and politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Serbia. Born in 1965 in Šabac, he holds a PhD in sociology from the University of Belgrade, where he has long served as a faculty member. Before his legislative career, he was a prominent academic and researcher, contributing to numerous international projects and serving as editor-in-chief of the journal Sociologija. In 2022, he became a vice-president of the centrist political organization Serbia Centre (SRCE). Previously, he served on the council of the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM), resigning in 2020 in protest against the appointment of the council's president.
