A graduate of Cameron University, she spent much of her professional career in the insurance industry, working for State Farm and Allstate Insurance before founding her own agency in Duncan, Oklahoma, in 2021. Adams secured her legislative seat after winning a Republican primary runoff in 2024, during which she received endorsements from Governor Kevin Stitt and the Oklahoma Gamefowl Commission.
