Steffen Zenner is a German politician who has served as the Lord Mayor of Plauen since September 1, 2021. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he previously held the position of Mayor of Plauen from 2015 to 2021, where he oversaw portfolios including culture, education, social affairs, and sports. Before his mayoral tenure, he served as a city councilor in Plauen and a district councilor in the Vogtlandkreis. In 2023, he was elected as a deputy state chairman of the CDU in Saxony.
