Stephen Flynn is a Scottish politician serving as the Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Tourism and Transport since 2026. He has been a Member of the Scottish Parliament for Aberdeen Deeside and North Kincardine since 2026, following a tenure as the Member of Parliament for Aberdeen South from 2019 to 2026. During his time in the House of Commons, he served as the leader of the Scottish National Party (SNP) Westminster group from 2022 to 2026. Educated at the University of Dundee, Flynn previously served as a councillor on Aberdeen City Council.
