김성환

Kim Sung-hwan is a South Korean politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly. He previously served as the Mayor of Nowon-gu, Seoul, for two terms and held various administrative roles, including serving as an administrator in the Office of the President during the Roh Moo-hyun administration. A graduate of Yonsei University, Kim began his political career in local government and has been a prominent advocate for climate and energy policy throughout his legislative tenure.
