Sun-min Kim is a South Korean medical professional and politician currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly. Before entering politics, she built a distinguished career in public health, notably serving as the 10th president of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) from 2020 to 2024, where she was the first woman to hold the position. Her extensive background includes roles at the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, the Korea Health Industry Development Institute, and as a senior technical officer at the World Health Organization. In 2024, she joined the Rebuilding Korea Party and was elected to the National Assembly as a proportional representative. She has also served as a Supreme Council member and acting party leader for the Rebuilding Korea Party.
