Tania Mihailuk is an Australian politician currently serving as a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council. She previously served as the Member for Bankstown in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 2011 to 2023 and as the Mayor of the City of Bankstown from 2006 to 2011. Originally a member of the Labor Party, she resigned in 2022 citing concerns over corruption and political ideology. She later joined One Nation, serving as its state leader before becoming an independent in December 2024. Mihailuk holds degrees in economics and law from Macquarie University and a Master of Law from the University of Sydney.
