Tanzil Rahman is an Australian politician serving as the Member for Fong Lim in the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly since the 2024 general election. Born in Canberra and raised in Darwin, he holds a Bachelor of Economics and Laws from the University of Sydney and a PhD in Geography from the University of Oxford. Before his election, he worked for the Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet. Rahman was previously a member of the Northern Territory Labor Party before joining the Country Liberal Party in 2024.
