Teresa E. Reilly

Teresa E. Reilly is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 35B, representing parts of Cecil and Harford counties since 2015. A former bank officer, she became active in local Republican politics in the late 1990s and served as a chief of staff to state delegate H. Wayne Norman Jr. before her own election. Throughout her legislative career, Reilly has focused on public safety, opioid legislation, and parental rights, while consistently maintaining conservative positions on social issues such as abortion and firearm access.
