Teresa Pierce

Teresa Pierce is an American politician currently serving as the Majority Leader of the Maine Senate. A member of the Democratic Party, she has represented her district in the Maine Senate since 2022, following eight years of service in the Maine House of Representatives from 2014 to 2022. Prior to her tenure in the state legislature, Pierce served for nine years on the Falmouth Town Council, where she held the position of chairwoman. Her career reflects a long-standing commitment to public service at both the local and state levels in Maine.
