Terry Meza

Terry Meza is an American politician and attorney currently serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 105th district. Born in Oak Cliff, Dallas, and raised in Irving, Texas, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Juris Doctor from the Texas A&M University School of Law. Before her election to the state legislature in 2018, she worked as a teacher at South Grand Prairie High School and operated an independent legal practice. In the legislature, she has been noted for her policy work, including the introduction of legislation aimed at modifying the state's Castle Doctrine.
