福山哲郎

Tetsuro Fukuyama is a veteran Japanese politician currently serving as the 34th Deputy President of the House of Councillors. Born in Tokyo and raised in Kyoto, he graduated from Doshisha University and later completed a master's degree at Kyoto University. A former member of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, he has held significant roles including Secretary-General of the party and State Minister for Foreign Affairs.
