Tor Mikkel Wara

Tor Mikkel Wara is a Norwegian politician currently serving as a member of the Storting for Oslo, having returned to parliament in 2025. A prominent figure in the Progress Party, he previously served as the Minister of Justice and Immigration from 2018 to 2019. His political career began in the late 1980s, including a prior term in the Storting from 1989 to 1993 and service on the Oslo municipal council. Known for his focus on immigration and energy policy, Wara currently serves as the first vice chair of the Standing Committee on Energy and the Environment.
