Trần Anh Tuấn is a Vietnamese politician who served as a member of the 14th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Ho Chi Minh City from 2016 to 2021. An economist by training, he holds a doctorate in Economic and Financial Management from La Trobe University. Throughout his career, he has held significant administrative roles, including serving as the Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment and as the Acting Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Institute for Development Studies. During his parliamentary tenure, he was noted for his policy advocacy regarding infrastructure development, specifically his proposals concerning the expansion of Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
