Trần Hồng Minh

Trần Hồng Minh is a Vietnamese politician and a retired Lieutenant General in the Vietnam People's Army. He currently serves as the Minister of Construction and is a member of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Throughout his career, he held significant military and administrative roles, including Commander of the 1st Military Region, Chairman of the General Department of Defense Industry, and Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee. He is also a deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam.
