Uğur Bayraktutan

Uğur Bayraktutan is a Turkish politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Artvin. A graduate of Ankara University Faculty of Law, he previously worked as a lawyer and served on the board of the Artvin Bar Association. He has been a consistent parliamentary presence since the 24th legislative term and has also contributed to the Turkish delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. He is married and a father of two children.
