Uba Maigari Ahmadu is a Nigerian lawyer and politician currently serving as the Minister of State for Regional Development. A native of Taraba State, he earned his degree in common law from the University of Maiduguri in 1988. Over his distinguished career in public service, he previously served as the Deputy Governor of Taraba State from 1999 to 2007, as a board member of the Federal Road Maintenance Agency, and as the Minister of State for Steel Development before being redeployed to his current ministerial portfolio.
