Ulle Schauws

Ulle Schauws is a German politician and a member of the Bundestag representing the Krefeld II – Wesel II district since 2013. Before entering politics, she worked as a contributing editor and dramaturge for film productions and as a social worker for SOS Children's Villages. Within the Bundestag, she serves on the Committee on Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, where she acts as her parliamentary group's spokesperson on women's issues. Her legislative work has included participation in the Commission for the Reform of the Electoral Law and negotiations for the 2021 coalition government.
