Ulli Meyer is a German politician and legal scholar who has served as the Lord Mayor of St. Ingbert since 2019. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he previously held the position of State Secretary for Finance in the Saarland Ministry of Finance and Europe from 2017 to 2019. Meyer holds a doctorate in law and has served as an honorary professor at Saarland University. Throughout his career, he has held various administrative roles, including head of the State Chancellery's department for organization and personnel, and currently serves as the president of the Saarland Association of Towns and Municipalities.
