Umeshbhai Makwana

Umeshbhai Naranbhai Makwana is an Indian politician, social worker, and philanthropist currently serving as a Member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly for the Botad constituency. Elected in December 2022 as a representative of the Aam Aadmi Party, he is known for his community-focused initiatives, including the Manavta Seva Rath, which provided food packets during the COVID-19 pandemic. Before his legislative career, he was involved in local social work and education, having established primary and secondary schools in his home region.
