Val Guest Jr

Thomas Duval Guest Jr. is an American politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives for the 106th district. Born in Greenville, South Carolina, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The Citadel and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Before his election to the state legislature, he established a career as a practicing attorney and is a partner at the law firm Ouverson, Guest & Carter, PA. In the House, he serves on the Judiciary Committee and the Legislative Oversight Committee.
